The primary purpose of this qualification is to prepare learners for employment or self-employment in the beauty aesthetic industry providing superficial skin peeling treatments. Additionally, learners may choose to further develop their knowledge and skills by completing additional specialist qualifications at Level 5 and 6.
What is your class size?Our class size is small, with a maximum of 14 students per class. This allows for individual attention and support from our experienced tutors during practical assessments.
What chemicals are used during the course?During the program, you'll gain in working with various chemicals for skin peels, including Glycolic acid, Salicylic Acid, Kojic acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs), Poly Hydroxy Acids (PHAs), Cyclic/Alpha-Keto Acids Dicarboxylic acids, Acetic Acids, Pre-formulated combination peeling agents and more with a focus on safety and efficacy.
